By accessing and using one of our Apps like "Space Card Heroes", you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of these modified Terms.

3. User Account

a. You can use the app without committing any personal data. If you wish to save your game data online so you can log in the app from different devices, you can do so by logging in with google or apple.
b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. c. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
d. We will not use any of your data for any other purpose than the identification in our app.

4. Use of the App

a. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
b. You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
c. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction when using the App.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

a. All intellectual property rights in the App and its content are owned by or licensed to us.
b. Except as expressly stated in these Terms, no rights or licenses are granted to any intellectual property rights.

6. Purchased Credits

a. The App may offer the ability to purchase in-game credits ("Credits").
b. Credits can be used within the App for various features and functionalities.
c. Credits are not redeemable for any sum of real-world money or monetary value from us or any other party.
d. Once purchased, Credits are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Disclaimers

a. The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
b. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless "App Entwickler Verzeichnis" and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
