GPS based Surveyor - Glasfasernetz (ID 1760)
| Projektbeschreibung | An app for Android tablets which can be used to carry out surveys of an area for installation of telecommunication cables (underground and aerial). Using a basemap in PDF and AutoCAD or ArcGIS/QGIS format, with the possibility to also view as an overlay on Google Maps. The surveyor/operator must be able to make notes onto the map with text and freehand with a stylus. Working at different scales (line details from 0.5m to 1000m lengths/scales) with easy zooming and panning is essential. A customizable selection of symbols for certain items which can be added to any location on the map. Also photos will be taken with the device and should be tagged to a specific location on the map. Ability to e-mail the maps with annotation & photos. Sync with Dropbox, SugarSync or similar cloud-based storage would be useful. PDF Expert for iOS is a good example of the basic functionality without the maps integration. |
| AEV Zusatzinfo aus Kundenkontakt | - Anfrager ist aus Neuseeland mit 2.Firmensitz in Berlin -> englischsprachig bevorzugt - schön wäre eine App wie "PDF Expert for iOS" mit der Möglichkeit das GPS/GoogleMaps additiv zu integrieren - Google Maps als Grundlage wäre in Ordnung - Anfrager benutzt derzeit ArcGIS, welches er als dann PDF exportiert und per Email versendet - Server ist nicht obligatorisch - Email ist ausreichend für den Start - ähnlich DropBoxSync (iOS) denkbar |
